Holder fue Directora Residente durante el estreno de la producción londinense de Dreamgirls (2016-2017) y cuenta con una amplia trayectoria como coach en diferente ámbitos.

Como artista, entre sus trabajos se incluyen: Here We Go, Como Gustéis, Medea, Death and the King’s Horseman (National), The Bakkhai (Almeida); La Tempestad (RSC), The Bacchae (National Theatre – Escocia, Lincoln Center, Broadway); La Bella Durmiente (Young Vic, Barbican, New Victory, Broadway). En el ámbito de la TV destaca The Cambridge Spies Films: The Followe, y en radio: Something Understood y Death and the King’s Horseman.
